Domaine de la Romanée Conti is a family owned domaine, run by Henri-Frederic Roch and Aubert de Villaine.

The output of wine is extremely low in terms of quantity, extremely high in terms of its superb quality, which is constantly achieved by cellar masters Bernard Noblet and André, his father.

The domaine tradition long established by previous owners is late harvesting to ensure the optimum condition of the grape before gathering. Early 20th century additions to the domaine were Grand Cru acquisitions in La Tâche, Grands-Echezeaux, Echezeaux, Richebourg, Romanée St Vivant and Le Montrachet.
